We are happy to accept up to 4 guests at the same time. We have 2 private rooms, which both have 2 massage beds. If you would like to book at the same time but different treatments, reach out to us directly and we can tailor the booking for you. It's also important to note, when booking for more than 2 people, please reach out to us (or check your preferred method of communication) to confirm availability. We can only immediately confirm space for 1-2 people, more than this requires us to re-confirm room availability, as detailed during the booking process.

We accept credit and debit card payments, as well as cash (IDR only). We are often even able to accept contactless payments (for certain card types and applications like Alipay). If using contactless payments, it's a good idea to also bring your physical card with you as sometimes this isn't so reliable here in Indonesia.

If you are late, we will always do our best to accommodate if our schedule allows for it. However, it's important you aim to arrive at least 10 minutes before your start time to avoid this. If you are 10 minutes later than your start time (this is technically 20 minutes late), and we have not heard from you, your reservation will be cancelled.

While we do accept walk-in appointments, we strongly recommend booking in advance on our website to avoid disappointment due to us being fully booked. Our website allows for instant availability checking and booking, so best to check there before coming.
